Budhram dudi: You are right. BAJA is not like any other web group where people join a group without identifying them and most of time fighting without knowing whom they are interacting and fighting. If you want to join some group without idendifying yourself, means just for fun and useless discussion, i am sure, you won't have any difficulty to find them on www. I would love to know about your friend, who was having trouble from BAJA member.
Priynak, I think, you should have read the description before asking to join any group to make sure, it fulfill your interest. BAJA mission and requirement to join the group is clearly mentioned on its home page.

BTW, BAJA members celebrate Holi and Diwali together every year.
I hope it will help you.

vinod bhai, mere dost ko baja se koi problem nahi hai. wo baja se bahut khush hai. mein to tarif kar raha tha. kuch jyada ho gayi ? galatfehmi ke liye mafi. all i wanted to convey was that its more like a "big indian joint family" rather than an formal association. mein agar bay area mein hota to zaroor join karta. kabhi mauka mila to milenge.

Sumter is actully Fort Sumter, in South Carolina, near charleston.
I have a standing offer form a Jatland member to come over and have some good home cooked Jat food. I wont disclose who, kyunki malum chal gaya to unke ghar line lagg jayegee. Suna haai Tayi jee (invitees wife) makes good "goond ke Laddu." hahaha. Oh man I cant wait to get some of that good stuff. Lets see when it works out.
In the mean time, if there is some other Jat family in the south, who has the slightest sympathy for a poor Jat college kid, living off microwaved food for over one year, and wants to feed him and earn some brownie points with god, do contact me. hahaha.
By they way, someone tell me what does goond taste like. I completely forgot the taste of all the good food.
How about starting a yahoo group, inviting people like me to comeover and have good food. I am not kidding. I am serious. In return I will change your car oil or mow your lawn or something.

Dear Sumit,
I can understand your predicament. No one can describe the taste of Goond. It will have to be had till you stop breathing.
I only hope you students, so keen to have home food and 'Goond' in US remember the JATS & JATNIS who go out of the way to look after after you?
Enjoy the 'Goond', whenever you can lay your hands on it!!
Bye,
JS Malik

Budhram Ji, If you don't mind, what is the name of your friend. You can send me private message. Yes, Sure, if you come to SF bay area, please let me or your friend know, and we can have a small jaat gathering.
Prinyaka Ji, I am not offened at all. You and others are most welcome to join BAJA. Even, I don't believe in Castism but it is all different feeling when i talk to some JAT in our language and share some common things. BAJA main objective to integrate local JAT community and pass our traditional value to our kids and help other JAT, if possible.
BTW, Thanks for publishing/Marketing BAJA name to broader audience ( jatland)
Jai JAT Devta..
