Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav has been asked to vacate the bunglow allotted to him when he was the defense minister. If he is the normal man as he claims, then he should have vacated it once he lost his job as the Cabinet Minister at Center. After wrestling for 10 years he is vacating when being evicted, and he claims to be a public man? What a Joke?

Tavathia Sir,

There are many like Mulayam Singh still holding on to Govt Bunglows. Now Mulayam Singh feels that injustice is done to him. He would also use it as an election issue in times to come.

Also Lalu & Rabri don't want to leave CM's house in Patna. Shameful actually.

When one travels on the Delhi roads around the area where the 'Sarkar' resides, you would find people occupying large bunglows who are long dead and gone. Most of the Governors have a bunglow in Delhi even while occupying gubernatorial palaces . Even Narshima Rao's large family is not ready to vacate despite N number of notices by the NDMC. The same family that left him half burnt in Hyderabad. Do you remember that? These people are sick...

Lekin besharmi mein 'Sab sher ke bacche' hain.

Regards,

JS Malik

As if being a politician they hold a birth right to make a mockery of the rules and policies. This is a much muddled water of politics. They would never leave the home, had it not been an issue and had not attracted some media glare. Such people's deed put a cover on the good deeds of those few good people out there.

All Ex-PMs and Ex-Presidents are occupying Govt. bungalows in Delhi, although allotment to them is now permitted under rules. But bungalows are being occpied by their relatives after their demise, which is strange. The only exception seems to be Dr. Neelam Sanjiv Reddy who went to his native village in Andhra Pradesh immediately after quitting Rashtrapati Bhawan. He never returned to Delhi after that and led a peaceful life.

And we are even bigger fools that we let this happen right in front of us. On the top of that we pay taxes that let this happen.

How long will I have to yell at the top of my voice to prove my point, that Government is evil?

If you really want to change things, spread my message of "small government." One day the united voice of all citizens will rock the doors of the Parliament. Then we will see how long they keep folling us.

Dear gehlaut Bhai!

I recommend that more and more people avoid government provided services and opt for private services. More citizens should pressure government to allow private services in areas where not many are available.

In brief, I am asking for a reduction of government regulation, and allow more free and fair competition of service and commodity providers, so that consumers can choose from a wider spectrum of possibilities.

We need to take the "baby steps" towards reducing the govenrment influence in our lives. Just becuase government controls so many improtant factors of our life like: education, law and order, employment, food and agriculture, scientific development, banking and finance etc., we hardly dare to question the government's actions. Who wants to burn their fingers? Did not get my point? Remember the last time when you or someone yo know were in a "sarkaari daftar" to get some work done. How did you treat the "sarkaari clerk?" You dared not mess with him, or your work wont have been done. Kisi tarah haath pair jod ke kaam nikaal lete ho. This is total injustice for the consumer. When you are paying for it, you better get what you pay for. Why do you have to lower your dignity to get something that you have already paid for? Because, the govenrment is too powerful. And you dare not mess with the government.

Government is just like any other service provider. You pay for it by means of taxes. You must be able to question the govenrment if it fails to perform upto your expectations. You are not allowed to do so, if you live in a society with a big government.
