i dont know about the jat sabha in delhi but there is an active "jat kalyan sabha" in gurgaon.
my tauji Rajinder Singh Katarya was the general secretary of the sabha and is an active and senior member of the club. it is a very active and old club. I have attended a meeting and found it really good. this sabha consideres the social issues of jats and work for the development of the community.
