Rich people in or country always gets away with the crime. Yes.. I am talking about the recent news that all accused in the Jesicca lal murder case have been acquitted by the court. There are so many other examples in front of us too. Former navy chief Admiral S N Nanda's grandson Sanjiv Nanda was charged with mowing down six people including three cops. He was also allegedly drunk. During trial, key witnesses turned hostile, and Nanda was acquitted. Santosh Kumar Singh, son of an IPS officer J P Singh, was charged with raping and murdering a 22-year-old law student. The judge, while acquitting Singh, even said he knew this is the man who committed the crime but was being given the benefit of the doubt. The judge also observed that the Delhi Police had assisted the accused. The main drawback with our system is that all such criminal cases are continued for years and years.
The criminal laws in our system are so outdated that rich people and politicians can always find many ways to modify them according to their own convenience. But the main problem is with us. We always look for financial benefits in every step of our life. At the end I want to conclude that money can buy everything in this country. We let everything to happen the way it is happening. Nobody of us wants to come forward and do something to change this scenario. I think that is the main problem with we people.
Sometimes I feel that why those freedom fighters sacrificed their lives for us. Do we people really deserve freedom? Well my answer is No.. Not at all.

there is a famous saying. Kumhar ki kumhaari par to paar na basatti aur jakar ghadi ke kaan ainthta rahta hai.. This is exactly our justice system is all about. They can not do anything with powerful and rich and never spare the poor and ordinary people. No wonder we had Chambal ke daakus...

Atleast for Jessica Lal case, I knew this is going to happen sooner or later. And this is not happening for the first time. Apna Sidhu bhee to bach gya thaa and there are countless examples which I don't need to illustrate here. I think it's a part of life in India. Today it was Jessica Lal family, tomorrow it can be any one. Law is completely in the hand of lawmakers and they use it as per their convenience. So, leave all ur worries...we'll have to live with it.

Thanks mr. naveen for sharing your views. Sorry to say but this is the problem of we indians that we think that it is not something which can be changed. I completely agree with you that the laws are completely in the hands of lawmakers but who make these lawmakers..? I think that is the kind of thing which need to be changed to change the system.

Thorughout the world rich people hire best brains from legal profession and get away from any crime they did. They know all the loop holes in the system and they manipulate syetm. In jessical lal case both, poilce and legal system, are at fault.

Vikas bhai
Everything in ur post was okay except what is in quotes. Every one says to change the system, even most of the movies say to 'change the system', daily we say that the system is corrupt...but who makes this system?? I hope u'd agree that it's us who make the system. Corruption is jadd to humm hee hain. And I am sure if everyone(means atleast 50%) take vow to uproot this, this system's days are counted. But no one wants to come forward. And evenif someone comes forward, he surrenders as there is no one supporting him. This fight can't be individual. We need a revolution!!
I think that is the kind of thing which need to be changed to change the system.

"LETS BECOME THE CHANGE WE SEEK IN THIS WORLD".................
This was quoted by mahatama gandhi. Judicial System is not all about judges but it is as dependent on lawyers and witnesses. In this case, all this happened because all key witnesses turned hostile. System has to be like this. Lets us not blame the system alone , blame it on witnesses who despite seeing all happening in front of their eyes turned hostile...Bishnoi samaj in rajasthan set an example by nailing Salman Khan and not turning hostile.
