New Delhi, Feb 24: Trains with a speed of 150 km per hour will be introduced on Delhi-Kanpur-Lucknow route, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad said today.
Such trains had been introduced on the Delhi-Agra section recently.
Presenting the Railway budget in the Lok Sabha, he announced 55 pairs of new trains, extension of services of 37 pairs and increase in frequency of 12 pairs.
