Contracts and Call Centres....

Here i am looking for some guidance from the experienced fellows of this field.

What are the channels to seek contracts for a call centre ?
To start with we are planning a 30 seater Call centre of English/Hindi speaking fellows.

Contact Center/Call Center or you can call it BPO business is coming to India. Most of the countries where this business is being outsourced are USA, UK and Canada. One will have to build a facility with call center infrastructure and market it well to the clients.
