Tavant is looking to add another 40 people in their US office.

Basic Criteria
· B. Tech/ M.Tech/ B.E/ M.E in Computer Science or a related

from premier institutes.
· Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE technologies
· Experience in building database (RDBMS) driven applications.
· Strong desire to be "hands-on" as an individual contributor
· Self-starter, Team Player and excellent communication skills.
Eligibility
· Working experience of 3 to 8 yrs in Java, J2EE Technologies.

· Must have 10 years of experience managing IT projects
· Must have 5 years of experience managing projects as an outside
consultant at a customer site
· Experience with consulting firms such as the Big four or the

· Technically savvy with J2EE, EJB, Java, Object oriented
technologies, data modeling.
· Good communication skills (written and oral)
· Good Customer management skills

· Knowledge of security-encryption (SSL), certificates,

· Experience integrating products into legacy systems
· Practical & demonstrated experience leading projects to
completion
· Prior leadership role on the engineering team developing
several
product features
· Excellent analytical and time management skills
