Exciting opportunities to be part of a TEAM responsible for developing Videoconferencing solution for Spaceway This solution will provide Spaceway users with video conferencing and audio/video streaming features.
The team shall be responsible for delivering the complete videoconferencing solution and shall work on the system design, architecture specification of different components used in videoconferencing network, their implementation and integration activities. The solution is H323 centric and shall involvement development of MCU & Gatekeeper. The work also involves development of device drivers for VxWorks, and Network Management.
There shall be an opportunity to learn the latest in VOIP, NM, Device Drivers and embedded systems.

An experienced team lead having planning and development experience in an embedded telecom development environment. His specific responsibilities involve:
· · Requirements understanding and system design.
· · Technical planning and execution of a sub-system.
· · Leading the development and testing activities.
· · Participate in customer interaction.
· · Lead reviews activities.
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential
Should have worked on complete lifecycle, viz., Requirements, Design, Coding, Unit Testing and Integration, for a couple of projects.
Protocols: Knowledge and experience in VOIP & IP domain protocols (H323, SIP, IP, Firewalls, Nating),
OS: VxWorks and Unix operating system.
Languages: C/C++
