i am posting few lines and would like to know what u feel



i saw that light ,that made darkness loose sight
i saw that tear that made it all clear
i saw that rainbow that made hope through
what am i
and where am i looking at
my eyes are closed the best they are at
strangely enough
i can still see
what i couldn't with the open eyes
coz it was love that made me see

So good and heppening life.
Suddenly awaken
No love, no happiness
Darkness as ever
Colors of rainbow were blurr
Flowers without smell
No love, no feelings
Total deception
Hard realities
One should not close eyes
To feel the love
As love is blind
But lovers can see
How true is the love
Love makes us feel great
But dreams are deception
Reality is the life
Maybe hard, but true forever

By looking at this short poem, I remember the scene of dawn, described by Kalidasa - the short translation has been attempted by myself. I am repeating it here, though it has been written in this forum earlier also.


Scene: A full-moon night is almost over and the dawn upsurges. A Rishi rises up in the morning and goes for prayer. Then, he sees a strange phenomenon of nature – at the dawn, the moon is setting and the red sun is slowly rising – a beautiful scene indeed. Then, these lines suddenly come out of his lips:

यात्येकतो अस्तशिखरम् पतिरोषधीना-
माविष्कृतो अरुणपुरःसर एकतो अर्कः ।
तेजो द्वयस्य युगपद् व्यसनोदयाभ्याम्
लोको नियम्यत इवात्मदशान्तरेषु ॥

शब्दों के अर्थ :

यात्येकतो = याति + एकतो : (याति = जा रहा है, एकतो = एक तरफ)
अस्तशिखरम् = अस्त होने के शिखर की ओर
आविष्कृतो = आविष्कार, अर्थात् उदय
पतिरोषधीनाम् = औषधियों का पति (स्वामी) अर्थात् चन्द्रमा
अर्कः = सूर्य
अरुणपुरःसर = अरुण को आगे कर के (अरुण = सूर्य का सारथि)
द्वयस्य = दोनों का
युगपद् = एक साथ
व्यसनोदयाभ्याम् = व्यसन (समाप्ति) और उदय के द्वारा
लोको = संसार
नियम्यत = नियमित किया जा रहा है
इव = जैसे कि
आत्मदशान्तरेषु = अपनी-अपनी दशाओं का अन्तर

Meaning: At the one end of sky, the moon is setting – and on the other, the sun is slowly appearing on the horizon, along with his chariot-driver ‘Arun’. With the simultaneous rise and fall of two great powers (sun and the moon) it reminds us of hard realities of this world – the downfall of one and the rise of another.
