I am really impressed, we are here to bring the changes.I realy agree to the facts earlier mentioned by RK sir, regarding the devlopment of Gurgaon.
But, think of, if gurgaon is 100 km from Delhi. Delhi has played a basic role in the development of Gurgaon and no one can dilute this fact.

Neither i have cradited Mr. Hooda for the same.
I too did not like to praise any politician as what ever they are doing is their duy. But what to do when some one blames Mr. Hooda for nothing.

the thing is that the way people turned up in rohtak in these two consecutive nd nearly dated rallies i.e. meham n sampla rallies... the message comes out to b that they have realised they hav wasted their votes n chosen incompetent people to lead the state....!!

i was positive abt the sampla rally bt ws nt an enthusiast this time;) ... as i thought tht the rally has been organised without proper gap or ny such thing.. bt people proved me wrong...it was a jampacked arena nd the lion was smiling frm the stage looking at the response he got n specially in rohtak..!!

Sunita this is ok that this time during the period of this Govt. we are facing issues with electricity. But merely blaming the govt will not solve the problem.

1) Iss Govt. ke aate hi electric problem aa gai thi .... to kaya Hooda ne Bijli bech di ... I dont feel so ... it can be that the seeds of this were sown years before this govt and gradually it shaped into such situation.

2) Pichle dino mujhe to aacha laga jab CM ne sehar se bijli kat kar gaon mein dene ke liye kaha. He did so to facilitate the farmers to get their wheat crop irrigated which is in need of water. Means with the limited amount of electricity he tried to heal the farmers as well and cut off the lights from cities. Good Effort, isnt it??

3) Bansi lal did full efforts and due to his efforts only haryana became the first state to have electricity in all areas. That time people may not have realised that but now all get benefitted with this. Same here ... Thermal plants in southern haryana .... and one near jhajjar in Jhasua village after matenhel .... apna ek member hai unki jameen bhi bik li 22 lakh ke bha mein ... that land which doesnt yield much. So it seems to be a good thought and southern haryana including gurgaon and other industrial area of dharuheda-manesar will not face any issues .... it may happen that the fruits of this will be taken by the next govt. and then people will start saying that this govt. is good as it is providing full day electricity and now we donot require any GenSets and INVERTERs .... These type of issues donot come in an year or so ... and thus will require few years to come out of it and this Govt is trying hard and planning good in this regard.
Last year CM himself visited Panipat Thermal and tried to figure out the real cause ... may be he can buy some from other states .... par kahe nahi sakte ki try nahi kiya ya mili nahi .... this electric problem is not only with Haryana ... you can feel the heat of it by coming to Noida-gaziabad the industrial area of UP and Delhi where even the electric supplies of ambessies was cut for some slots last year.

We should tell them .... boss you are lacking here but by digging into this completly. What i observed is that they are new to politics and their own people are digging them sidewise ... as somebody given example of the money transactions for recruitments and this is correct. I myself knew this and full surety is provided by the people involved. I had been to the written tests for the posts of lecturers and masters few months back and people involved left their papers without any marks for the answers as they were told by their godfathers to do so.

Pichale dino water tanks and other 4th class recruitments kiye sarkar ne ... these (CM and his son) are so new to this field that they are doing welfare but not getting the credit of it, instead they are getting bad name of their doings (which were with good intent). They might have done this way ...

a) Picked 2-3 main guys from villages and asked them to bring names for the recruitees .... those so called near ones of them ... picked their own close ones and didnt farely distributed among the workers from the village. Last October i was in village and some were amazed when they came to know that ...Falllanya ka lag gya Water Works mein ... doosra kahe hai ... bhai humne te bera eee na patya ye kad karam mein lage ..... this is how they are loosing their supporters.

Bhai Vikasse .... you are right in your stand as your sentiments are with Chautala and his family.

No doubt that Tau Devi Lal was the best leader and bina pet pap ke .... isiliye unhone bhugta bhi jab highest majority lene ke bad bhi bhajnu le bhajya sarya ne ... but he was the Leader. Jan jan ke leader they. But in chautala govt. there were some issues and positives as well ....

Negatives:

1) Criminal support ... it is obvious and we all know and feel the difference that now there is crime but not to that extent and now the govt itself is not involved. That time they were involved and there were open attacks in the courts with govt support. Is sarkar ke aate hi dhada dhad criminals shoot hone shuru huve aur ab jo bhi hai govt ki criminals ko sheh nahi hai .... this is a big factor why chautala lost the elections. ke bera kitne gharan ke jawan balak kharab hoe hein us time mein ... isne bhukhbhogi ee jan sake hein ... jib 2 balkan mein te ek jail mein ja pade ... er ek bhajya rahe police te ... kuch kaho this cannot be appreciated at all and by any arguements we cant cover it.... can you Bikki ?? ... I know you have to take care of several things being holding some post in INLD before speaking openly and accepting any truth .. that is so bitter.

2) All knew what they did to Parle and Liberty. Parle te bhiwadi bhaj gae thi ... eeb ulti aai hai is govt ke aae pache ....

3) MLAs ke haath mein kuch na tha ... sab makhi mare jan they ... ke inki jee hujuri karan ... kisse ka hath tod diya (Bali) ... kisse ki Pjaroo-prado dhingtane rakh li ... so how can they face back to the people for vote in the next elections. etc.

positives:

1) Bold leader .... ke majal jo oot lee wa na hove ... and it was not that ki paise leke ee oote tha ... chahe garreb worker te jaban de di ... wa poori kari ...
2) Workers were benefitted ..... he is the KRITAGGYA politician and favoured their workers who have worked for him.
3) Jaton ke liye to us aadmi ne jitna kiya shayad hi koe doosra itna out of way jakar ke karta hoga ....

Here I want to bring to your notice one incident .... Last month I met one guy (Jat guy) from narnaul side ... who was selected for ETO in the list those were not joined by this govt. .... He was telling that in that list 28 (Dont know his statistics are right or wrong) candidates were jats and from south haryana region only .... (in the same list i have also 2 friends of mine waiting for joining without any money given for sure) ... they went to met CM and said that saab we are all 28 jats from your region only and some more jats are there in the same list .... he said "Chahe hazar jat ho jib ke ho jyaga" ... Dont know how much truth he was telling ... if anybody is linked to it and specify the exact figures then it can be cleared. If this had happened then its really bringing bad name only due to a slip of tongue, which is not good at all.

4) Good Orator ... etc.

Abhi to 2 saal hi hue hein sarkar ke and i feel good to find a learned politician like Deepender ... ab dekho how he maintains himself and how he behaves and works but we should give them time to work and encourage as well timely by positive critics and pointing issues.

No doubt that Tau Devi Lal was the best leader and bina pet pap ke .... isiliye unhone bhugta bhi jab highest majority lene ke bad bhi bhajnu le bhajya sarya ne ... but he was the Leader. Jan jan ke leader they. But in chautala govt. there were some issues and positives as well ....

Negatives:

1) Criminal support ... it is obvious and we all know and feel the difference that now there is crime but not to that extent and now the govt itself is not involved. That time they were involved and there were open attacks in the courts with govt support. Is sarkar ke aate hi dhada dhad criminals shoot hone shuru huve aur ab jo bhi hai govt ki criminals ko sheh nahi hai .... this is a big factor why chautala lost the elections. ke bera kitne gharan ke jawan balak kharab hoe hein us time mein ... isne bhukhbhogi ee jan sake hein ... jib 2 balkan mein te ek jail mein ja pade ... er ek bhajya rahe police te ... kuch kaho this cannot be appreciated at all and by any arguements we cant cover it.... can you Bikki ?? ... I know you have to take care of several things being holding some post in INLD before speaking openly and accepting any truth .. that is so bitter.

2) All knew what they did to Parle and Liberty. Parle te bhiwadi bhaj gae thi ... eeb ulti aai hai is govt ke aae pache ....

3) MLAs ke haath mein kuch na tha ... sab makhi mare jan they ... ke inki jee hujuri karan ... kisse ka hath tod diya (Bali) ... kisse ki Pjaroo-prado dhingtane rakh li ... so how can they face back to the people for vote in the next elections. etc.

Hooda launches Overseas Placement Bureau

Sonepat, July 1
The Haryana Government will formulate a policy for the youth of the state to address the problem of unemployment and provide adequate job opportunities to them within the country and overseas. The Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda, announced this at a function organised for launching the Overseas Placement Bureau at the New Grain Market here today.
Claiming that Haryana was the first state in the country to announce its own industrial policy last year, Mr Hooda said now the government had decided to formulate a youth policy to channel their energy for the development of the state.
Informing that more than 10 lakh youths had registered themselves with employment exchanges of the state, Mr Hooda said the problem would be tackled by providing quality education to them and inviting the industry to the state.
Commenting on the poor quality of education in the state, the Chief Minister said more than 1.5 lakh people from New Delhi were working in the call centres at Gurgaon, as suitable candidates were not available in Haryana.
Mr Hooda said keeping this in view the government had decided to reserve 25 per cent of seats in the educational institutions coming up at Rajiv Gandhi Education City being set up in Sonepat for students with domicile of Haryana on merit basis.
Earlier, presiding over the function, Mr Birender Singh, Finance Minister and who holds the portfolio of Labour and Employment also, said NRIs from the state were sending merely Rs 50 crore every year while Punjab was getting more than Rs 1,500 crore.
The Finance Minister said the setting up of the Overseas Placement Bureau would help more people from the state to migrate to foreign countries and protect youths from falling into the trap of travel agents.
Besides informing, guiding and helping people about getting jobs in 16 countries, the bureau would serve the youths desiring of getting education in foreign universities also, informed Mr Birender Singh, adding that nothing would be charged for the services provided by the bureau.
He said bank officials would remain present at the bureau office to guide students about education loan schemes to get education in foreign institutions. Prominent among others present on the occasion were Mr Anil Thakkar, Parliamentary Secretary and MLA, Sonepat, Mr Ramesh Kaushik, MLA, Rai, and Ms Promila Issar, Finance Commissioner of the Labour and Employment Department, Haryana.

Purely, on the basis of performance of Mr. Chautala the answer is "NO", however more often than not, the votes has nothing to do with performance. Mostly the votes are either cast for a candidate's community, or the party that he/she belongs, or just to defeat the one in power (anti establishment). If that happens Mr. Chautala does have a chance to come back into power.
Further political alliances also polarize the voting pattern. All those out of power will start having similar vision for the country and will come up with a common minimum program which will end with the formation of government once they come to power.
Thus I would like to keep myself away from speculations.

Vikas bhai aap theek kahete ho ki gundagardi aaj bhi hai ... aur shayad chalti rahegi .... par gadbad tab hoti hai jab govt ka hath ho usmein ... mere khayal se itna open abhi tak to nahi laga hai ki ye sarkar kahin se bhi un culprits se mili hui hai jin incidents ka jikar aapne upar kiya hai .... haan ye mana ja sakta hai ki they are not prompt enough to clear the things ... some people here compare the work of previous government with the current government.
i m accepting that electricity, SEZs and there are other certain problems still exist in haryana.but these problems are not related to haryana but to whole of india and these problems are nt new.
