Hmmm, was wondering if just by chance you would be familiar with a personal family friend(s) by the name of Mr Rajendra Dabas (presently teaching in Pilani, as I understand) and his family members who also come from one of these villages near Delhi? (I am not sure if it is the same one as you mentioned, though).....would sure be nice if by any coincedence you do...lemme know!
