both the fields mentioned by you are upcoming and have a huge huge potential. Dont have much idea about catering mgmt, but tourism industry is booming everywhere with shrinking world, high incomes, cheap air fares n good packages by touring agencies.Do what u think will make u enjoy at work. best wishes
