About UK Immigration

Dear Friends,

I got the offer from University of Nottingham, UK to purse my PhD in Power Electronics. I want to know about the chances to get immigration or work permit in UK after completing PhD.

Hi Dinesh
Unlike my counselor, i would like to present real picture about UK work permit. To be honest I don’t have idea about chances of work permit after completing Phd but certainly after masters there are very few chances. In last three years I have seen two guys getting proper work permit (There are few companies who can get you work permit for some big money but not worth). If you want to get into education sector then I feel there are more chances of getting work permit due to big time shortage of teachers.

Dinesh, I am not trying to be negative here but being a jat presenting real scenario is my first duty. One more thing to add, try to get HSMP if you are eligible for that, else send me your resume and let me have a look if i can grab anything for you.
