In a very particular sense i wish to communicate this message to souls of all jats existing on this earth who still struggle to find their mortal salvation, leave about immortal salvation.
Though it may not be well justified to talk on class grounds but present realities make it neccessary to take up the cases class by class so as to usher in to a classless universal era.well thats what i think should be an ideal vision.so, in the present scenario i identify myself as a member of jat community and have several reasons for myself to feel proud for this great gesture of god to me.
Being a jat by birth cant amount to be a jat in true sense. our birth as jat is a gift of god to us but the desire of god is not limited to that aspect only. he really wants us to rise to such acme that every one among us feels satisfied in every sense while we live ie mortal salvation and also we have a privilege to die ie immortal salvation.
But will of the god demands action and infact action in every arena which has the potential to total change in present dynamics ie in areas like social, religious, political, cultural, psychological, legal, economical, geographical, linguistic, regional, moral, ethical, scientific, education, health, population, gender equality, environment, energy and so on as the list seems to be endless.
through this message i intend to generate a particular psychological orientation in every member of community so that we can direct our energy efficiently to achieve our goal as soon as possible.so, the emphasis should be on greater interaction so that we collectively decide what should be the best development approach for jat community. remember the onus does not lie on any particular individual or group rather on all of us to seek best for ourselves. it is we who will decide what should be our future state. so we have to be more participative, interactive, tolerant, entraprenaur and intellectual enough to reincarnate will of god.
The momentum should start now infact right now because it is a very time consuming and enormous task to make every member participative in development task. so we must organise ourselves collectively because only a participative and collective approach can be devoid of critics and dissents. but thats a long way to go .Immediate task is to develop a thinking via interaction through via jatland forum so as to realize a dream in near future.
sincerely yours

sir jee , thanks for this topic development of jat. jat shuru se hee ek aggressive cast rahee hai itahash ootha kar dekh lijiye jab bhee desh
par sankar ayaa sabse pahale jato ne iska samna kiyaa chahe wo
mohammad ganjnavee ho chahe aurangjeb aaj bhee desh ke har
chestro me chahe indusry ho chahe sports ho agriculture mai
jo jat hai hee, foj, police jaha bhee dekho jato ne apna yogdan diya hai
par aaj jab vikas kee bat atee hai to 80% jat aaj bhee kheti par
nirbhar hai or kheti kaa vikas jo hona chahiya wo abhee tak nahi
ho paya hai. mausam par nirbhar kheti aaj bhee kai samasyao se
jhoojh rahee hai or jato ko kissan mane to kaha jasakta hai kee
80% jat abhee aviksit hai.
par iska vikas kon karega? iska vikas koi bhee government nahee
karegee iskaa vikas jato ko hee karna padega nai krishi niti, naye
market develop karna jaise kee reliance jaisee bahoo rashtriya
companiyaaa kr rahee hai jisse kissano or uppbhoktao kee beech kee dooree
khatam ho sake or kissano ko pooree keemat mile or uupbhokta
ko sasti chihe mile .
hamaree mukhya samasya hai kee sikshit jat ooche siksha prapt karke
oochee nokriyo par hai par koi bhee agriculture development kee neeti
tayar karne ke bare me nahi sochta.....

dear netra ji,
you have touched the right nerve as far as development of jats is concerned. agricultural solutions hold the key for a sustainable path of progress because largest chunk of populace is dependent on it.
to organise agriculture first security of land has to be safeguarded because land has become a market commodity these days. i am not against transfer of land but well against sale of land that too for non agricultural purpose.
for example recent issue of reliance deal is worth mentioning. while we need investment of these big companies on one hand and on other side welfare of citizen at large. i fully appriciate the spirit of deal but it could be more productive if following pts could be looked after:
1. instead of sale - purchase deal there could be a lease mechanism with govt as intermediary so that neither farmers lose their land and reliance work can go unhindered.
2. instead of a lump sum amount the farmers could be given a fixed amount plus an assured dividend in the profits accruing on that land in future acc. to value of their share of land
3. an independent legal mechanism to ensure smooth disposal of future disputes whose decision to be binding on all parties.
4. govt could take overall responsibility of the project and could charge reliance as well as farmers for same and hence could generate revenue for social development.
5. all parties could be debarred from sale of land, however term of lease could be made large enough.
these are few points and more can be added acc to requirements. but what is good in this approach is that it is integrative approach where interest of all parties is taken care of. further the spirit remains alive as even in ancient times land could not be sold so easily and it was only british who made land a market commodity. but time for revival is approaching and it requires serious rethinking.
