No Brother, you don't have to feel ashamed of being a jat by any means.

The Villege mentioned here is Suchan Kotli ( Not only Kotli ) and about 15 Km from Sirsa on Sirsa-Hisar road.

I belong to that area, i mean Sirsa. For you information, there is hardly any Jat people in that villege and the most of the population of that villege is Punjabi Arora, Kamboj and other backward Class and SC people. You can easily assume who might be responsible ?

I hope everybody got it that at least Jats are not involved into this act.

Though the crime can be graded as most heinous one, it reflects much larger issues and need more concentrated approach to avert future agonies.
law will take its course to punish those people which may take some time due to legal constaints in our justice delivery system. but if prima facie case is established against them then society must take its own initiative to make them feel the continous agonies at par with that felt by poor victim. however no attempt should be made to take law in its own hands.some of the following actions can be taken:
1. every villager must boycott them from all kind of community interactions.
2. if they happen to be very influential, a new village level local organisation can be established. this will harness support of volunteers to announce their heinous crime 24 hrs a day to give them sleepless nights till the court decision comes.
3. to avoid atrocities on volunteers district collector must be consulted to have adequate police provisions in village. since villagers are doing things purely with in law police arrangement should not be a problem. if their is some problem same remedy can be obtained from court very quickly.
4. media should be sensitised about seriousness of problem and effort should be made to have continous reporting by media so that issue remian afresh in the mind of people as indian masses have very short range memory.
5. most importnat thing which need to be done is to give financial assistance to victim by collective contribution so that se can get aid of best lawyers and also can restart her life with a new hope. this should be done as soon as possible.

If you take out the percentage of those commiting the above heinous offence then the number of male populations, it may not be even .01%. They should be given the severest most acceptable punishment. No comments further.

Arey rajesh Sir when did i say, All males are like this ??
Perhaps i cudnt make my point clear :( Sir what i meant was our society is like this only. Whenever a male does anything everybody says " ladke to aisa karte rehte hain, unka kya hhai " I av seen it myself ; male did immoral things but still Girl was at the sufferers end. They got married ( if rich then to poor, if poor then to slytly handicapped n so on )
Sir i said only in this sense ki male dominating society hai to vo to acceptable honge hi :)
Take the example of Eve teasing, why no Adam teasing ? :D If koi girl generally bhi kisi boy ko dekh le to; ye ladki theek nahi hai har samay ladkon ko dekhti hai. If a girl talking or laughing loudly then everybody wud start staring her. But everything is different for boys. Hope this time its clear :)

NO GENERALISATIONS

I am agree with Mr Narwal,

Law will take its time and it may be possible that injustice with be their at the time of verdict because of proofs and witnesses etc. but the local villagers are very much aware about this act of shame hence they are capable enough to punish those culprits.

These culprits will be hanged then only some relif may give to womens of our
society.

This crime is more henious then murder hence punishment must be accourding to the crime.

Regards
