Recently there is hot news about approval of OBC quota for admission in educational institutes.It is understand that Precident of India also stamped his approval. Can any body tell the status of Creamy layer in OBC quota for admission in educational institutes because some leading news papers indicates that it is being excluded.
Kindly let us know whether creamy layer is excluded or included ? Also mention the souce of information, if any.
