no doubt teaching is a nice profession. but for it i think u have to do j.b.t. or b.ed., for a school teacher.

Hi anjali, from where yu are doing ur grad.
well career wise, Go for Masters in Eng. after graduation. There's enough scope for English language teacher, in school as well as college, for school teacher , yu need to do B.A., B.Ed, for P.G.T.- M.A. , B.Ed in essential, for lecturer, basic requirement is Masters and NET, well further qualification increases the chances.
There are other options also, depend on your interest and achievments.

Its good that you r do'g eng hons,Why dont u take this subject as a source for the personality development,communication skills dev.,presentation skills and than venture into advertising ,journalism and off-course u can do other languages too like french, chinese........There is lot of scope for Translators.

Idea is to keep your mind open .....there r more things do than just B.ed.
