Re-birth:5 Yrs old child did Kanya daan

I just saw in morning on IBN 7..A 5 yrs old boy did Kanyadaan for a girl.Its from Mainpuri district,boy name is Prince.He was Kamlesh in his last birth and was father of the girl.He was killed when he was 32 yrs old.Now he was born as Prince and he told everything about his previous life.So he acted as father of his previous birth daughter.
Now I want views of dear jatlanders on this.Are these things true or just a medium to get publicity.
