vacancy in multimedia and web designing??

my cousin have done one year diploma in multimedia and web designing
after his grad.(b.com) ,and now he is lookin for animation.
can anyone guide what is the scope and future in this line,and how should he proceed.

Well animation industry in India is not new and its grow'g like anything.There is good scope of it in advertising,Video-games,animated movies etc.There are good organisations in Bangalore and Pune.....which I heard off.It all depends how good he is and from where he studied animation.
