Dear Harender bhai,
Good day to you.
This is not my field but as I am much involved with this field so I tell you that you can choose your career in the oilfield development sector as each and every steel piece welding joint is tested before intalling in this field. You can start basically with QAQC inpector then engineer then manager etc. as you gain the experience. Or directly as a QAQC engineer. but apart from M.Tec you have to take some international certificate like American welding Society's AWS, Uk's TWI etc.
