yes WHM can be converted in to HSMP subject to the conditions that you score 75 points, that is granted according to age, education, earning, see the HSMP thread for detailed info.

Best option is still HSMP visa which is now TIER1. Little bit of rules has been changed but not much.

Calculate your points for HSMP if you cross 75 then 99% you will get HSMP.
