Few words of appreciation for Haryana Govt and Deepender

I visited Rohtak after a while and observed something that I wish to share. I must say that we should appreciate this Govt and Deepender for their works in their tenure till now.

In different threads members are quite concerned of what they did. I am putting my observations for the efforts made by them

I observed the following improvements:

1) Rewari-Rohtak Railway line …….. Sonia will be inaugurating the same. Nishan dehi ho chuki hai aur tender diye ja chuke hein.

2) 4-6 Lane Road PeeraGarhi to Rohtak …… Work has been started on it from rohtak side and its being done near khedi sahd/kharawar.

3) 2 flyovers will be open for public in January 2008 ….. Flyovers of Bhiwani chungi and Khathmandi will be open for public in Jan.

4) 2 flyovers are under construction …. Double phatak and jind railway line … are under progress … though complaints are there for the Jind railway line one that it is too slow.

5) 1 more is proposed near bajrang bhawan mandir but this is being opposed by the shopkeepers there :)

6) Its not that flyovers are only build up in rohtak only, I have read in paper that CM has given green signal for the flyover in TOHANA.

7) A broad road near busstand towards Panipat through new sectors this will relax the sukhpura chownk where also there was some plan for flyover (don’t know the status for this)

8) Shehar ke road bilkul diwaron ke mila diye hein …. In other words they are broader than ever now, mostly cemented. It seems that after all these works there will be very less jams internally. Only bottleneck they have to solve is the Quilaroad/Bhiwani Stand one.

9) Pani ki nikkassi ke liye bahut bade bade pipe and niliyan banai gae hein … it seems that there will be no water locking after all works got completed.

10) Byepass around Rohtak …it will facilitate the byepassers and internal traffic as well.

11) In my village, school is upgraded to 10+2 with new rooms for this.

12) Whole building of school till matric will be built newly.

13) Gaam ki kae gaal cemented bana di hein.

14) In Jassia also there are several rooms built up and also in sanghi there is one new polytechnic college. So many other villages are having new buildings in schools.

15) Dr Ranbir dahiya was telling that their village barona is declared as adarsh village and a stadium is proposed in 8 acres but out of 18 acres of land in panchayat they are not releasing it. :( (Not a govt fault its we those who are lacking here)

16) Many more stadiums are proposed.

17) Jhadli power stations, one is there in hissar I think and other in Yamunanagar side …. So these are positive approaches towards the root cause of this problem. May be this we will realize after 5 years.

18) New proposed plan for Sampala.

This is as per my little knowledge and may be some more constructive works have been there which fellow members can bring forward.

So looking at these tasks, it shows their positive approach and we should welcome and appreciate. Keep going and do well.

Deshwal ji .... the proposal is that there will be no light between Peera Garhi and Rohtak .... So this will also be covered up .... mene sunya hai ek poora eeke flyover soch rahe hein banan ki joki hospital ke aas paas se shuru hokar sare ko cover kar jaega ..... dont know how it will be materialised after technical considerations.

Everybody can see and certify this thing .... sarkar aate hi pat-pat-pat ... ek ek karke sare chug diye ... Sonepat, rohtak, Kaithal, Hansi .... you can find out a list of badmash people who have been shot during this govt.. Aur iska sukh ke ho hai yo unke ghar aale bata sake hein jinke balak bigadan te bach gae .... na to har ghar mein te ek badmash banan ke rah hoge they ...

Haan one area they need to improve is the Chori section. There are lots and lots of thefts during this period and they should be very tight on this.

Jeetu what have they done for the education of the younger generation as promised by them.Where ever they have done some work,appreciation will come from all quarters but so far that CRY OF VERY WELL DONE has not emerged.They must be doing good job but results might not show up so soon.How ever regarding their education policy[i for one expected a wonderful performance from them] has been a failure in total.

Not to undermine the role of infrastructure in development, it would be good to see the achievements of the current haryana government in building a more robust civil society in haryana- its important to have public that can hold this government and the subsequent governments accountable. And that comes from education and free exchange on issues of social problems in the state.

I appreciate the efforts the govt is putting for development and congrats on all these.

But it looks like CM sahaab is CM of Rohtak NOT CM of Haryana majority of the development work is for Rohtak and nearby areas. It looks like he have vision Rohtak not vision Haryana.

He needs to think beyond Rohtak because he is CM of Haryana. What else in Gurgaon except flyovers that too of NHAI and chargable.

Here are some of points need to be addressed still:

1. Quality of Education (Literacy rate is same from last three years)
2. Quality of Infrastructure (roads, telephone, transport etc.)
3. Job increment by inviting funds to non NCR regions
4. Corruption reduction
etc. etc...

I know he is better CM than other we had in past but still lot needs to be done time is running out.

Jahan tak corruption ki baat hai nimanlikhit pharak hai pehele se:

1) Earlier for any kind of rallies of ruling party, lots and lots of trucks, jeeps etc were blocked and used to take people to the venue. But in this govt the system is not involved in such activities. No Truck, Jeep is held for such kind of illegal transport to rallies.

This is a big step and they are following it till now.

2) Pahelyan RTO mahine ke shuru mein line lagva diya karte er policiye dande mar mar driveran ke pisse liya karte. But these days such lines of trucks are not seen in this area. I dont know about rest of haryana, but in rohtak, sonepat and gurgaon side this is not observed.

3) Pahelyan patwari chote te chote kaam ke ... tehsildar ... sab gala kattan ne tyar baithe rahya karte ... ek registry karvao ... to nire phaltu ke kharche ... ek ya parchi katvao wa katvao ....

4) Virender Narwal bhai can better tell this thing as he is a businessman, that how much less pressure is there on them now as compared to earlier ones. Parle and liberty is an example .... this govt bring parle back. Sarkar ab kudh hafta nahi vasoolati khulleam.

Abki baar iss sarkar ke sakht nirdeshon ke karan .... bahut kam hai ye scene ... eeb itne din ki adat se logan ki len-den ki to wa to jate javegi ... but as far as govt efforts are there they are tremendous (ye baat kudh ek karamchari jo pahelyan paise liya karta ki muh se suni gai hai).

Aur jaise seema ne ek thread mention kiya, ek din mein sarkar bhi palla nahi jhad sakti sab cheejon se. Mein ye manta hun ki pahele se kuch behatar hote hote hi kuch sudhar ho jae wo bhi aacha hi hai. par inko apni attitude yahi seekh ke sudhar karne ki rakhni hogi.

You are right viren that majority of dev is there around Rohtak and nearby areas but other areas are also under development plans. Its not like that only this area is being developed. One journalist member of ours only have explained it in about development in Faridabad and Gurgaon

Indeed, Gurgaon mein aisa haal hai ki aadami Dama hoke mar sakta hai kuchek saal mein. Road sides pe itni ret hai aur dhool mitti ka bura haal. Roads pe itne gaddhe .... transport internal ggn mein kuch bhi nahi hai ... der-saver to aadmi bilkul hatash pata hai apne aap ko. These needs to be improved.

3. Job increment by inviting funds to non NCR regions

This is the golden point figured out by you. Migration is the main issue these days and that is why NCR area is going to be a mess. To prevent this and to bring development to all the areas govt needs to set up industries or jobs so that people stuck there and dont migrate from their lands.

4. Corruption reduction

Fairly speeking Dev ji, I dont know what they have promised for education sector. It will be nice if you can bring those points what they have promised and not tried till now.

I started this thread only after seeing the mentioned jobs progressing in my area. And what I found is a bit of difference in their approach as far as the public tasks are concerned than the earlier ones. May be I am too young to judge them proper. But the initial feeling is of praise for them. Hope they will continue this and make this feeling of mine permanent :).

Regarding education, I can tell you that now a days, lots and lots of schools have been upgraded and new buildings are being constructed. Also several Politechnics have been setup in rural areas. These are indeed good steps.

Also, in schools there are TV sets and satellite sets too. Means daily or alternate some good teachers take classes of different subjects and these are telecasted to schools where students can listen and make notes of them. So that if the teacher in their schools is not competent enough or might be not so much informative then they can bring those new points to them and get them cleared. This might be from World bank and not from this govt. cant say, but if we see then this is good step.

It will be nice of you if you can bring some points regarding the education policy that they need to take care of.

Jitender Bhai mein bhi diwali pe jab india aya tha... I noticed that lot of development is heppening in haryana. Few people may still complain as it's not possible to satisfy everybody but i noticed that even after 3 years of govt most of the people are satisfied with the way government is working. Kaye rishtedariya mein jab phetan gaya tha at that time i noticed that in most of the villages jaha aj tak kabhi pakke road bhi nahi bane the aj waha sab jagah double road(Hema malini ki gala barge) ya to complete ho chuke hai ya kam chal raha hai.. more than 100 villages have been made as adarsh gav...
