Ekta Kapoor ke Serials

एकता कपूर के सीरीयल से कौन वाकिफ नही है. किस कदर लोग और ज्यादातर औरते ऐकता कपूर के सीरीयल देखती है. एक सर्वे से ये साफ जाहिर होता है की तकरीबन नब्बे प्रतिश औरते इन सीरीयलस को देखती है. इन सीरीयलो मे ऐसा क्या होता है जिग्यासावश मैने भी कुछ सीरीयल देखे. और देख कर दन्ग रह गया की किस प्रकार निर्माता पढे लिखे लो्गो को बेवकूफ बना कर पैसा कमा रहे है. ऐक ऐसे ही सीरीयल है कुमकुम, कुम्कुम एक शादिशुदा औरत है. उसके तीन् बच्चे है और वे भी कम से कम पच्चिस साल की उम्र के.
कुमकुम किसी एक्सीडेन्ट के कारण नदी मे गिर जाती है. और पानी के बहाव के कारण वह मथुरा के किसी ब्रहाम्न के घर पर पहुँच जाती है. उस ब्रहाम्न के घर दो क्न्या और भी है और वे कुमकुम को अपनी बडी बहन समझने लगती है.
ब्रहाम्न की एक लङकी क रिश्ता आता है परन्तु जिस लङकी के लिये ये रिश्ता आता है वो लङकी किसी और लङके से प्यार करती है. फिर वह लङका कुमकुम से प्यार करने लगता है. और अपनी यदाश्त खो चुकी कुमकुम भी सबकी खुशी देखकर शादी के लिये हां कर देती है/ अब इसमे सवाल यहा उट्ठता है कि जिस औरत के पच्चिस साल की उम्र क बच्चे हैं तो उस औरत की उमर कम से कम पचास बरस तो होनी ही चाहिये.
पचास साल की औरत को किस तरह से निर्माता निर्देशक एकता कपूर अठाराह बीस साल की लङकी दिखा रही है और तो और उसकी शादी भी करवा रही और तो और वो परीवार भी उसे अठाराह बीस साल की लङकी ही समझ रहा है और वो लङका भी उससे शादी करने को त्यार हो गया और हमारे पढे लिखे दर्शक भी उसे किस प्रकार स्वीकर कर रहे हैं ये मेरी तो समझ के बाहर है

Mast kaha Jit! Apne desh mein .05% se bhee kamm crorepati hain lekin aaj kal saare serials unke liye hee bante hain. Ekta Kapoor se serials isliye survive kar rahe hain kyonki janta unhe dekhti hai. I remember it was a cold morning and we were standing in morning assembly, i was in standard 10th then. we were about to sing National Anthem and someone whispered Mihir Marr gaya and everyone was shocked n was spreading the word.... Imagine the kind of fan following and TRPs that serial was gaining?

We can't say and blame ladies for seeing such serials, obviously they are selling cause someone is buying them but then isn't it that we are so much stuffed with such fiction serials that housewives and ladies don't have much choice to survive on....

Sahi likha devender tumne...Horror movies and so called "ekta kapoor serials" mein difference nahin hai kya? Aur India mein har mahine 50 movies release hoti hain...main unko kaun sa achha bata raha hun...muskil se 1-2 sahi hoti hain. Aur baakiyon ka dibba-gol. Atleast public ke haath mein ek tool hai jissey woh kharaab movies ko reject kar saktey hain...lekin serials are penetrating more and more.

I wonder in these serials...How come the same s*** is repeated over & again? How it's possible that 2 people are talking about a 3rd person in a room..and that 3rd guy is standing on door...but they never realize some one is there. How come people don't get old? Actually did watch one episode once online somewhere (maybe google videos) to see what all the fuss was about. Pretty painful experience I must
say. But the women still enjoy them for whatever reason. And I say

I have never been able to tolerate Indian T.V serials. Was the case
10-15 years ago. And I would assume would still be the case...but I have
never had to find out. Thank goodness. Its one of the reasons I never
subscribe to any Indian channels (or cable/dish for that matter). Don't
want the virus to spread around me (women!! ;) )

I was probably the most lonely kid in India in those days of Ramayana
and Mahabharta T.V serials. I was the only one out trying to figure out
what the heck to do. And the same thing during the Chitrahaar and
movie time slots on the Doordarhsan. All the pretty girls would vanish all of a
sudden. :mad::cool:

but i learnt few things from kekta's serials too:

1. that most people never die. there is only sabbatical death and nothing like death.
2. we can have innumerous engagements, marriages.
3. though medical facilities in india have improved, lots of miscarriages happen.
4. premarital sex is prevalent (guys cheer up)
5. husband wife can live without sleeping with each other for years and years
6. women can be made horrible with makeup and gaudy dresses--a reverse trend
7. mother-in-law is as young as daughter-in-law
8. males can be brainwashed so easily that it seems only females have brain
9. everybody has so much money without males going in office to earn and getting entangled in family brawls all the time
10. you never know whose kid your wife will give birth to

i remember there were serials like udaan and malgudi days...one so inspiring and the other so creative to stimulate people's imagination.

Even Buniyaad, Fauji, Chanakya were too good. Now to it seems like, TV = Ekta Kapoor...... n all rubbish.

but i learnt few things from kekta's serials too:

1. that most people never die. there is nothing like death. there is only sabbatical death and nothing like death.
2. we can have innumerous engagements, marriages.
3. though medical facilities in india have improved, lots of miscarriages happen.
4. premrital sex is prevalent (guys cheer up)
5. husband wife can live without sleeping with each other for yeras and years
6. women can be made horrible with makeup and gaudy dresses--a reverse trend
7. mother-in-law is as young as daughter-in-law
8. males can be brainwashed so easily that it seems only females have brain
9. everybody has so much money without males going in office to earn and getting entangled in family brawls all the time
10. you never know whose kid you wife will give birth to

Ya, those were the serials which are now just a rememberance that serials can be positive too. Today's serial seems to compete in terms of complexity of unusual relationships, horrible make up senses, unimaginable pathetic unexpectedturn of events & bla bla bla !

but i learnt few things from kekta's serials too:

Well, Ekta Kapoor must be doing something right if people are discussing about her work.

We dont need to Judge the people who watch them or the quality of the serials...it's Horses for courses.

If someone doesnt like them, turn to a different channel...it's that simple.:D

I was not at all even interested in looking into this thread (simply b´coz i find dt ekta (or kekta in ur terms) concept really sick) but seema´s interesting comments made me peep into it.
Now that this topic is here I should confess that there are some positive outcomes as well, of all these episodes.
Women have every right on that remote control of TV. So now TV zone is not only confine to men but its about sharing time now (We learn to share time..he he ). They can fight for their rights (atleast TV serials kei leyee).
Jab ekta´s episode is running..panga nahin lena ka....dt cld be really dangerous....( They do have the potential to fight for their rights).....
So she made us realise ....Fight for ur interest....Koi nahin this time its for TV remote....next time..hopefully there would be better things....I tell u she do have the potential to bring the hidden talents of even the so thought silent members of the family...he he he

As Seema jiji has earlier told this serials are not inspiring either in terms of story line or in terms of values they preach...Such serials leave no room for guessing or predictions becoz there are no logical points...

Other than the above told factors :
11. Factor which is common to all this saas bahu serials is that All the daughters made their husbands Gharjawai and trying to break there own homes.
12. These serials also encourage property disputes..
13. Relationships dont hold any importance in such serials..
14. Characters in the serials can become rich or poor within no time..
15. Women who are @ home are heavily decked up with Jewellery & Gaudy sarees..as if they r attending some marriage functions...

Our findings are only limited to these factors but we cant predict the limits upto which Ekta Kapoor can stoop to boost the TRP's of her shows....:p:p:D
