yup gotta read this piece long back. but still can laugh nonstop and one thing i like about biharis is they don't start duelling if you say bihar is blot on indian map on contrary as jats do on haryana

Good question bhai... i too agred with u... i think bihar is the richest state in terms of natural resources... administaration he aisa hai toh state ko kyoun kaali... huh ??? and i have seen biharis also... only rickshawale bhaiya hi bihari nahi hote...

and again regional division aunty ??? y bihar n haryana...


anyways... woh sirf joke hai toh joke ke taur par lo yaar... ye same driving licence form jaaton par bhi ban sakta hai aur sardaaro ka toh kehna hi nahi...
par woh chapenge kisi doosri forum mein yahan nahi... bass ye hi ek galat cheej lagti hai...

Sometimes back, I read a quote:

"An organisation is good only beacuse of the people who breath it, live it & put efforts to make it so"

Same is true about bihar or haryana..Bihar is the most prosperous state of India in terms of natural resources...also beharis are one of the most diligent & intelligent people...still it is because of the years of poltical apathy & mismanagement, Bihar has emerged as "THE BLOT"...& remained a backward state even though india has garnered resurgence over the last decade..same is true about Haryna...in certain parmeters like sex ratio et al...But it is a healthy sign that we can laugh over ourselves & take a serious look to get out of these grim facts......

After the bifurcation, Bihar is among the poorest state in terms of resources. Thats one of the reasons, Lalu Yadav was against the idea of Jharkhand. Although, Jharkhand has done nothing to tap the natural resources and many people/tribals there are still living in sub-human conditions.

Brother here i didn consider after bifurcation... the genearal notion is bihari n jhaarkhandi are same... and so do i consider. We still call both of them biharis... thats y i talked abt resouces...
