Dear Friends,

Think again when you call names to Indian politicians. This what Yale University has to say about them;

Well after reading the article i just do not understand how am i suppose to react to this article. It was more like......are they really talking about the indian politicians or is there some other country in the world by this name. Good they mentioned the list of indian participants as well. So they were probably referring to just a bunch of educated politicians and is not surely applicable to whole lot of gems we have in parliament... :-).......now one can probably relax....so probably we need not doubt that it is a statement from the famous Yale University only.....Sometimes I wonder why does these theoretical statements contradicts from the facts to such an extent......Someone need to dig then....Probably statistical study could shed more light ......I just hope we do not have to accept such a similiar opinion from them as well.

Most of the Indian politicians are nothing but traitors............... as far as Yale is concerned.......This is the same University that graduated the moron... George W. Bush.

RK ji,
Joke likh rahe the kyaa?
Wase baat bilkul theek hai, Indian politicians are very fast learner and chalak. Jo politician jitna jyada padha likha, wo utni hee safayee se dhan batorata hai.
I wish we would have dumb politicians, that would have indeed help India.

.
It seems most of the Indian parliamentarians in the team are either US-educated or graduates from other foreign or Indian universities. Dushyant Singh has studied in Boston - Deepender has also resided and studied in US for many years. Make another team comprising a few like Lallu ji or pure desi ones and send them to Yale, where they will receive much honour and nice comments !

Did anyone actually read the article?

It was all centered around a few individuals who attended
the class/training. Of these one happens to be Deepender Hooda,
who by all accounts happens to be pretty sharp academically.

Did it draw inferences about all Indian politicians? Correct
me if it did (I read the article couple days back..)...I know the title
might imply that...but the content is pretty specific to the
set of individuals attending the class. It is not some research
study about all Indian politicians.

So comments in this thread are out of context.

And hey...perhaps it IS true for majority of Indian politicans.
It highlights their intellectual ability and focus on learning and so
on. It does not make any conclusions about their abilities in running the country. One can be academically pretty sharp but still be lazy, corrupt,
self serving and so on.

1. Brother, lets not degrade 'Yale' for its association with Mr. Bush. I wonder if you would say the same about 'Harvard'.

[US President Bush was born on July 6, 1946, in New Haven, Connecticut, and grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University in 1968, and then served as an F-102 fighter pilot in the Texas Air National Guard. President Bush received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1975. ] Source: http://www.whitehouse.gov/president/biography.html

Just wondering if according to you Bill Clinton too is a 'moron'?? As far as I got to know he too studied at Yale.

2. Ooooooopppssss !! You are in Texas. That's Mr. Bush's area :-)!
