Hi All Jats,
I am asked by a friend to prepare a International Jat Business Directory (Muslim, Sikhs and Hindu Jats).
I have taken this assignment.

Why We require a Business Directory?
It is estmated we have Two Crores of Jats on this Planet.
These people need guidence and training. Business people are proved leaders. These people can manage projects without entering into vested interests. We all know what is the current conditions of our youth and elderly people.

How we can do this?
Out of two crores, say 100,000 may be having business or who can help others in business, emplyment and training. Each business person will have at least five suppliers or contacts.
Hence we will have 600,000 business people, who can help the community.
On jat Land, we have more than 8000 members.
I am planning to assign contact persons in all towns and cities of India, Pakistan and Overseas.
This directory will include all businesses including Agriculture with a base line like having a tractor or I will leave to the local Rep. for judgement.
Broad idea is include those people who can give work to people including Social Workers.

Please give me suggestions:
All ideas are welcome from my loving Jat community.
I am in Australia, may be knowing little about overseas market, but may be ignorent about Asia. Please help me in this noble cause. I think it is life line for our community in this technology age.

Can some body, please send contact details of the family members of Seth Chajju Ram of Calcutta. Names of His sons are Sh P.K. Chaudhary and M.K. Chaudhary. I met his grand son who was also MLA from Hansi in Haryana.

I was born in village Kutabgarh (Delhi), did H Sc from Kanjhawala (Delhi), B Sc from Rohtak, M. Sc from Chandiagrh and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in 1971.
I worked as a Science/Maths Teacher in Shamlo Kalan in Jind District, as a Maths Teacher in Balsmand in Hissar, as a Lecturer in Hansi and Bhiwani. Finally in Information Technology in Nuclear Power Corporation Mumbai, Tata Textiles Nagpur and Bombay Suburban Electric Supply, Mumbai. From 1988 I am in Sydney and now my own Software Development business here. For last 36 years I have been working as translating Data into Information.
I have learnt that Information is Gold. My father used to say by knowledge one is lifted vertically up.
When I was in Hisar, I came in contact with Late Devinder Singh Lamba Advocate who became Justice in Punjab & Haryana High Court and came to know about Seth Chajju Ram Lamba and visited the village Alakh Pura (Bhiwani). I could not imagine how a poor boy from a dusty village could become a Seth in Calcutta director of 40 companies and more rich than the Great Birlas. Seth Ji had sent a teacher from Calcutta to Alakpura. Whoever studied under this teacher became very successful, Ch Bansi Lal was among them, his Bua was married to the Lambas in Alakhpura.
My father who had six acres of land, started a shop in my village to get me educated. When he used to come to Bombay, he asked me why remain in company of service people only. He used to say they have a small tommy (Inka chota hee pet hota hai). He used to encourage me to have business contacts like mawaries and Gujraties. I was surpried to know that the 80% top capitalists where from Shekhawati and were relatives (belt between Bhiwani and Pilani). My forefathers came from Dallanwas Barda a village on Haryana and Rajasthan Border, I was loved by the Marwadi business community, many from my forefathers land Bhiwani. My IT friend used to say, U cannot get business from Marwaries, but I was accepted by the Marwaries who used to say Tu to hahara e chorra se and we used to speak the Rajasthani / Haryanvi language. Again 80% of Jats in Bombay where from Rajasthan and many where is business who got training under these Seths. Many my best friends are from Rajesthan like Vidya Dhar Verma and these people I found very smart in business, who also use sweet tongue not like me who are from Haryana.
I always feel proud that Jats from Sialkot (Pakistan) to Agra (India) control 80% land and population only 20%. This has been for last thousands of years. This is contribution of our forefathers not ours. Our farmers land holdings are very small. They are also suciding, God help them. We are sons of great Gokul Singh Ji and Raja Ram Ji. They did best in those conditions.
We have not changed with time.
Through above details I tried to give my background.
Now three things come to my mind:
Where are we know:
U all know the conditions of our community, our youth, Elders etc , I do not want to repeat it.

Where we want to go:
We want to be top business people in India and Overseas. We are 1% of Indian population, in coming five years we should control 10% business and in 10 years we should control 20% business. It is hard but nothing is dificult for a Jat.
We are good number in Military and Farming. But not many people are in business presently.

How to go there:
To provide environment so that more and more come in business. Hence there is need to put a seed as business directory, which will work as a catalyst. Now if I go to Calcutta, I do not know who are people in business, what is their nature of business. This will become a on going process. If say in one year we are able get 10,000 people, after another five years our list will be 200,000 and after 10 years it will become 1 Crore.
See the members on Jatland, five years ago it ony 500 members.
See on a Road when signal is green, traffic start moving automatically. Now if I want to know who are in Property Businees in NCR, we donot have a complete list. Information is there, but no body knows. Say I want to contact Jats in security business, no body knows. Hence sky is the limit.
Let us consider Human Resources (Here I am talking Hindu Jats). We may be having 10 VCs, 1000 Profs, 10 Directors 1500 Scientists etc.
It could be 20 IAS officers, 100 Others All India Services like Indian Forest Services, plus others how many we do not know.
Couple of years I was told, every year we have high percentage of Cadets in NDA etc.
Also there may be retired 10 Lt Generals, 100 Major Generals, 500 Bragadires, 2000 Cols/Major etc. There may be 100,000 jawans who come from army, Navy Air Force. Many people are in Merchant Navy. All these people need jobs, business supply and contacts. Such a infrastructure does not exist.
All these telented people are not connected, these resources are getting wasted, if their energies can be channellised they can do wonders. Such a tallented Jat resources are roting. Only area many are attracted is politics, but many are not suited to this trade.
There is another problem.
DAV Education Group runs thousands of institutions in Inda and abroad.
Arya Samaj run many institutions, Gayatri Privar has very large network, Vidya Bhartis / Sishu Mandir runs top class five thousand institutions.
These institutions gives jobs to many thousands of people every year.
Me and my friends have direct contacts with top management of these institutions. There is false preception in our community that Punjabis, Baniyas etc are against us. This is not fair. Only thing required is to set up right channels, right training and send the positive signals. I am connected to DAV Groups and Arya Samajs in North America. I am directly connected to many of these institutions.
It is very pitty to mention here that many of our so called educated and seniors are not devoted workers. They have adapted a life of Eat, Drink amd Be Merry. Tell me how they can become leaders and decision makers. They are like beggers and request me please get me this or that. Sorry for the harse comments.
We can help u in getting right connections. Also we have to train and guide these resources. Again I will say sky is the limit. Also see the the conditions of our Jat Institutions, all of them need management. Say today we motivate 1000 (100 I can get from overseas) ex students of Jat College Barot, these institutions can be saved. Say 1500 ex students of Jat High School Rohtak are enrolled members, it can do wonders.
Say we may be having say 50 Jat Institutions, now see their quality.
We have blue print for them also.
Say we are able to connect our business community to these institutions, they wiill get life line for another 500 years.
These business people have proved managment skills. If we create right environment, I assure u success is waiting for u.
Here I have given very very broad ideas, very specifics I will start in my next posts. Please u all are free to contribute with new ideas. I will never mind. All ideas are welcome.

There are two broad areas:
1. Listing Jat villages in MP, Maharastra and AP:
All jat villages in MP/MS/AP are required to be listed. Next step is all key resources to be listed. There are 12 villages near Nasik, Some villages in Chandrapur district near Nagpur and some villages on MS/AP border which is cotton belt

2. All civil service working and retired people are required to be listed.
To begin with I wll give names of senior IAS people (Prem Singh Rana Himachal and Ragvendra Singh Sirohi MP Cadre) These civil resources are very useful. We have plans to create millions of business people in next five years if we interface correctly. We will start with Jats but later on we will bring others on board. Your skills of Indian Forest Service are most important to my guru and friend.

I am from village majra dabas, delhi, S/o Sh Om Prakash Dabas presently residing in Rohini. reasonablly educated ... from J.D.Tytler school,delhi .. my father had been into govt. service. I myself have been with corporates as a middle level management employee (SALES Federal vertical), largely into O.A. and IT trade in delhi. from past 5 yars i am into my own business in the same trade .. presently we are North and West distributors for Canon India ( Scanners ) and national distti's for OCR/ICR software (ABBYY), UMAX and many others .. we are also solution/service providers for digitisation projects.. currently digitising CGDA pensions (DEFENCE) .. this is one of its kind and the largest scanning project in the world by far... i am largely looking towards distribution and sales part of the company .. also hoping to go for IPO next year ..lets see what happens .. though life's allways been tough ...its been entertaning also :)

Last Name, First Name, Business Name, Type of Business, Telephones, Emails, Web site, Remarks etc. There is no hard and fast rule. What matters is contents, we can always restructure the information. We have thousands of IT gurus here. Only thing which matters is speed. Rohini is the largest cluster of business activities in North/West Delhi. Fruits are waiting for u, in a year you will be getting at least 100 new clients for your business.
Let us decentrerlise as much as we can. We have to create 1000 Sandesh in NCR in a years time, let it spread like fire. U can create so many sub groups like Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Transporters, School Owners, Farmers, Property Dealers, Shop Keepers, Building industry, Doctors, Manufacturing, Hair Dressers etc. Students cumminity like students in University, Eng. colleges, Medical colleges etc. Service People like Police, Teachers, Govt departemnts, Private companies with all skills.
Trade people like Drivers, Plumbers, Carpenters, Motor Mechanics, including Decoits

Can u be in contact with following Persons:
1. Shri Bramanand Dabas living in Panjabi Baug from village RaniKhera also from our school Kanjhawla. He retired as General Manager and whatever I am today is because of him

Initially I thought It will be a Business Directory, but let us give it a broader view, hence it will be Business / Trade / Skills Directory. It will include all jats including House Wife, House Husband and Retired people. Only people we are not including is kids upto going to schools. Hence we call this as Adult Jat Resources Directory, as applications will be many.

We are Sandesh careers to our sleeping community. U need not come back to me till u have filled your Excel sheets with contents. Time is money.
All of us should start with our sheets. Suppose 1000 members start today, in a three months time on average one can get 100 names.
It means we will have 1,00,000. Our directory can have 1 Lac names and in a years time it will be 2 lacs.
Hence where ever we live, please start with your own sheet and we will keep on merging it together.
We can always discuss new ideas and some body will help us.
Hence for me it will be difficult to answer emails personally.
Wherever u may be living in a village, Town or City. Please list jats with all skills.
We may be having only .1% members on JatLand. Also there are lots of people, who do not know how to send an email and most of people have not gone to school. We have to reach every corner of the world.
I will be waiting for reply with lot of contents. Hence it is not important who we are, for the community it is important, how big is our list and quality as well. No ego problem please.

We have to understand two points very clearly:
Public Information (Like Business details) and Private Information (All personal details). Hence when we compile the directory, Business part will be seperate group and the Private information will be seperate

I am introducing u to Shri D. P. Singh of our Jat community, my guru.

He is a retired IITR mechanical engineer Director in a Govt Organisation and now a devoted social worker based in Noida/Haridwar. Presently he is in Australia, his son is settled here in Sydney. I am devoted to him. He has made 100,000 people self employed in India, who are eaning 50K to 1500K per year. Because of him India is able to export Honey. I have not come in contact with any peron of his level.

I feel good when i come to know people like you.I wud request you to limit the options at first to well educated and well settled jats only and thereafter slowly include everyone. That will provide a good central nucleus which will gain momentum as time passes and the seed of your idea will germinate.

We have to understand two points very clearly:

I agree with u. 80% of our work should start with towns and cities, those who are educated, who can write emails. Who are energetic, talented and ambitious people, not the lazy people just playing cards. We have to connect all the army oficers coming from the land of Jhajjar like Deeghal, Beri and Gochai etc. Please start connecting these people. We are lucky that in our community we have such a top brass.
Another area is people working in travel industry like bus coach operators, airlines, travell Agents and tour operators, tour guides. I hope there may be a good number of our people in travel industry, perticularly the talent from armed fouces. U can start with it and try to get in generals like KK Singh and Raj Kadiyan. If I can get their emails, I can contact them.. Now ball is in your court.
We NRI Jats can promote this community in many ways. Some years ago we where very happy to meet Mr Dhaka, who visited Sydney.
