The Jury in US courts is comprised of Citizens of the country and each Citizen gets a chance to be part of the Jury. Once, you are detailed by the court as Jury, you get the day off from your work till the time verdict is announced.

May be because the judgement is awarded by the Jury members by a majority vote, it is difficult to influence the decisions.

Whatever the case may be an honest and prompt Judicial system is of great value to any nation. We definitely, don't have the prompt judicial decisions as longer the case runs more it pays to the people employed in the Judicial system.

Yes, we definitely need an efficient, honest and accountable law and order enforcement organization. How can we do it is the million $ question?
