information regarding doing b.tech from usa

hello
could anyone tell me that are the oppurtinities for doing engineering (b.tech) from usa ,canada etc are better than india?
ARE the universities of usa etc better than IIT's in india?
and which test would i have to give in order to take admission in any reputed university of usa?
is it the test of SAT?
and how much it would it will cost to study there total(tuitio fees ,living,food)?
plzz help me in this matter.

Hi vivek,
It will be much better if you do B.Tech from India and MS(M.Tech) from US.
Majority of indian student comes here for PG course not UG.It will also be cheaper for you.
