Seven sardars went to Delhi to meet their relative Santa.
Santa had instructed them that the Delhi Taxi Drivers are a cheat so they should not fall into their trap.
Seven surds hired a Taxi from railway station to Santa's residence in Karol Bagh.
After reaching Karol Bagh, one of the surds asked the taxi driver - How Much?
Taxi Driver - 28 Rupees only.
All seven surds got confused about how much each has to pay. They do the following break up:

Hence each paid 13 rupees.
They all reached Santa's house. Santa asked them have they been cheated by the taxi driver. they all said no and told Santa how much they have paid.
To reconfirm that his relatives were not cheated by the taxi driver, Santa does the following calculations:

Santa counted all 3's first from top to bottom and continue counting 1's from bottom to top i.e. 3+3+3+3+3+3+3=21
then
21+1+1+1+1+1+1+1= 28
Thus Santa confirmed that his relatives were not cheated by taxi driver.
