nu hi orkut mein kuchh din discussion chalya ab vo bhi band hogya ...
koi meet karn k liye taiyar na hai ade... taam jat association banan ki baat karo...
I hope this wouldnt heart sentiments of you guys. I just wanted to share all these points because I feel something really needs to be done for the jats at Bangalore. So someone has to take some bitter steps.
I am always ready to back up and can take initiatives also if needed but someone of you has be there to back up.

This is my personal view about starting of jat association at Bangalore. Hope you people would not take it otherwise and personal.

Its nice to see the enthu behind your post that you wish to find and met jats in bangalore. But you are a bit dis-heartened.

Indeed that yahoo group did a lot in past and that was the one which bring that many jats together. Thanks to Rattan bhai saab for that group. For more details you should go through the below mentioned thread.

those were golden days, Active jatland members ....Anil sangwan, Shekhar nehra, Sumit sehrawat, Sandeep Malik, Me, Vivek Dhankar, Amit grewal, Ravneet and Amit sheoran, Sandeep Rathee, Vinod Kaliraman, Devender Malik, Meenu chikkara and many more become so good friends that they are regularly in touch with each other. That time indeed we had a nice group. Now its upon you to take initiatives and rebuild or regenerate that spirit among people. Ek post likhne se kuch nahi hota bhai.

Phone number lo usmein se ... phone karo sabko ... out of them you will get atleast 10 people who would be interested but laying back only because of initiative lack. paheli bar 5 log milo ... phir 7 .... 10 ... aur 50 -100 hote time nahi lagega ... but for this few needs to do efforts instead of marely mails.

For the second meet we had decided the same way. On the day of meet .... I reached Bijender Rathee bhai and Amit grewal and Arvind dagar also joined there. We headed for Lemon grass but nobody was there. We were also dis-heartened. But Arvind dagar bhai said ... ya jattan ki meeting se bina hoe na challan ... chahe hum 4 bandyan ne baith ke cha pee ke ulta chalna pado ... those words were so precious that within 2 hours there were around 30 jats there and a nice meet happened.

So keep it up bro .... indeed this is helping and nowhere having any narrowminded ness to have meets of community. I am still getting mails of that group and I found that Shiv rathee ,.... sudir kundu ... Vinod bhai ... and others are also helping each other with that ... I read a mail where some guy was asking for accomodation in some area and others helping them .... still there is spirit .... only you need one initiative.

Second Point is that as you are saying first meet 5 then 7 then ... this process has been started. It is started as according organizations: 1st we had meetings in IISc now I think we will take it ahead.

If you say so that Pune is ahead of all then I hope one we (Bangalore) will at par of pune.
But I think we should compete each other should get motivated from other cities and we should also help and guide people from the cities where meets are not happening regularly.

Anyways I hope very soon we will have whole Bangalore Jat Meet...

I totally agree with what Jitender bhai is saying here. Those were some days. Bhai Manoj, aap itna accha kaam kar rahe ho...karte raho. Ye jo mushkile aa rahi hai .... ye hume bhi aayi thi....fir bhi Jat meet karte gaye ek dusre se milte gaye.... aaj dekho I have so many friends who I can really count on in any circumstances. Non-blood relations build over a period of time. And you are young and full of energy .... don't feel disheartened. If activities have stopped in Jat-Bangalore group then take the initiative to rebuild the group. Many of the Jat-Bangalore members have dismantled(by location) over a period of time ... maybe the group was not prepared for that....and so this is one key area that now you guys will have to work upon.

I take partial blame on myself that being one of the moderators of Jat-Bangalore group on Yahoo I could not be in touch with you guys. I have been out of Bangalore since Aug'2006 but do not want to use that as an excuse. But the key point is that as people move to different places the other members should come up and take the responsibilities of leading or directing the meets to success. Believe me, organizing such meetings is a pain but such a pain is to be enjoyed. Enjoy such challenges.

I think the moderators of Yahoo Jat-Bangalore group should be changed. Most of them (me included) are never accessing the group. Let me see what can be done in this regard.

Also, my request to the senior Jat-Bangalore members... Devender Malik ji, Vinod Bhaisahab and Narwal bhaisahab... please help the new enthusiasts...they need your guidance.

I do not want to compare any two or more groups here... but Jat-Bangalore group was a 'success' and I hope, trusting the abilities of friends like Manoj, the magnitude of this success is going to grow. Yes... it is going to grow because our fellow friends are ready for the challenge.

Manoj, I really appreciate you bringing your 'very valid' concerns to everyone's notice. I would also request the associated members reading this thread to take some action and contribute to the togetherness of Jats in Bangalore.

Everything is ok but I dont want to start fresh as we have group but I did not see any mails which I sent to group, I am not sure whether those mails reached to members or not but I am sure I did not get any reply for those mails. Initially there was unanimous decision for meeting but that could not take place due to some reason but after that I did not anything regarding that.
I hope you still receive the mails group.

Is it necessary to keep group mails on moderation because it hinders in communication of two normal members.
If it is on the basis of stopping spam messages then how can we get invitation of Zorpia on group.

Sorry if I am becoming too aggressive on this matter.

Similarly you have to talk to people directly and for sure you will find some really good friends.

Aur jahan tak mails ki baat hai .... list down all the issue ....once you will meet .... out of you, you can choose somebody who can do the moderation of the group. Stagnancy should not be there.

I think here we cant discuss seriously because I cant see any reply from current residents of Bangalore except one or two?
I think we have two option, the first is first we should tell peoples that we are planning to meet so that we can involve more and more people and for that I feel yahoogroup is the only option.

Another option is have a meet within 3 weeks(max) from now with minimum announce within the people who are in contact with us personally then spread the news that we had meeting and we are going have another meeting very soon so that people will be more serious and in this case I suppose around 20 people will surely join and we can have second meeting at time when we could first meeting as my first option.

Any other views friends??

Make a standard invitation format, appealing all Banglore Jat's to come forward.....and PM it to all Banglore Jat junta (go to member's list, and search for all banglore jat ppls)

Also call them straight, if you find it in their profile..

i hope you'll surely get some positive replies....(30-40% response)

My son has passed his 12th with 90%. His KTK CET ranking is 1730 pl. suggest a good Engg. college & branch.

And get together is must to make Banglore a home away from home.

Bhai sahb meeting to honi chahiye, aap sab ssth dijiye aur thoda active ho jaaiye. Manoj bhai laag rehya hai kaam mein. Pehle bhi iske efforts kaafi achhe the.

Bhai ji, bachhe ke liye college toh mein abhi suggest nahi kar sakta par haan kaafi log hai yaha bangl mein. IT se le kar, students to businessmen. Unn logo se aapko achha suggestion mil sakta hai.

Bhai saahb aur baat saari thiek par yo bakke muh ka smiley arr yo thumb down ka rassa samajh nahi aaya.:confused:
