While visiting her daughter in Phoenix, Arizona, one of our Midwest customers had stopped by a branch of our insurance company to pay a premium on her policy. After returning home, she was surprised to find her account had been transferred to her daughter's address in Phoenix.
She came into our office, explained the problem and asked, "What is the easiest way to solve this computer error?"
"Move to Phoenix," her agent replied.
