There was this man in a mental hospital. All day he would put his ear to the wall and listen. The doctor would watch this guy do this day after day.
The doctor finally decided to see what the guy was listening to, so he put his ear up to the wall and listened. He heard nothing. He turned to the mental patient and said, "I don't hear anything."
The mental patient said, "Yeah, I know. It's been like that for months!"

and the jaatu version of the same goes like this:-
Ek bai rohtak medical ke paagal khaane mein ek paagal raat nai 3 baje ooth gaya er bhai bheent kai kaan laakai khadya ho gaya.....
madi waar mein bhai baaki paagal bhee ooth liye er ek ek kar kai jaa khade hoye bheent saharai kaan tek kai.....
tadkai dacter sahab aaye round pai. yo nazaara dekh kai bhai dacter ka sir ghoom gaya ek yo ke raassa ho rahya sai....
dacter nai bhee bheent kai kaan laakai dekhya, 5 min ho liye er kimmai nahin sunya tai dacter bolya....kuch na sai baawle sain ye to...
chootte hi ke saath sab tai pehlda paagal choh mein bolya:- 5 min mein sunan aali cheej hoti to hum ke bekup laa rakhe sain jo 3 baje ke kaan laaye kahde sain....
