hello everyone,
its nice to see the total list of 428 gotras on this website, its nice to see people discussing gotras on this website....its also nice to see nice people discussing the gotras their meanings and origins on this website.....
but whats not nice to see is not on this website.....its not nice to see people getting married whilst ignoring the general rules and regulations of gotras.....everyone does know about how one should get married according to the gotra .....and which ones to avoid and which ones to show a green signal.....but lately people seem to be forgetting about it especially our predecessors the baby boomer generation ......the generation of our parents , they seem to be taking these issues pretty casually...i mean most of us would be knowing a nuptial vow taken amidst the gotras against the rules and regualtions.....if not then sorry i do not have the statistics but such marriages are happening .....people do so ....for various reasons.....i bet falling in love is last of those...most of them are like money, keeping their daughters close to their houses etc....and the worst part is these weddings happen with big celebrations and i feel disgusted at times when i see the people resposible for such weddings enjoying and being splendid at the whole occasion.....why? why are such strong rules are being broken .,....now where is the jatness in these Mr and Ms chaudharies......why are they doing so ......has money become so big ...........
