Management - is the process of getting the job done through others.
Thus it is not possible to conceive an organization without communication.
Communication is Central to all that happens in an organization.
Organization held together by Communication.
Without Communication, Business Organization can-not function.
Importance of Feedback:
Completing the loop ensures that intended communication has indeed taken place.
It ensures, that idea has been received without distortion; attenuation.
Invariably feedback gives the emotional and psychological response of the recipient.
This serves to serve the management to compare actual reaction/response to the intended response.
