Dear friends,

I feel that holding annual or bi-annual Jat history congresses will be extremely useful. All the Jat historians and others inteerested in the history can take part in such congresses. Proceedings of the congress can be brought out in book form. Let Jatland be the organising body for such congresses. Other organising details can be worked out if idea sounds acceptable to most members.

Rajendra

dear kalkhunde ji namaskar,
its a great idea.i think maharaja suraj mal educational society is already on the job. i have got two such books published by the society.
1.the jats;their role and contribution to the socio-economic life and polity of north and north west india.

its a good book, edited by dr vir singh and is outcome of two national seminars on the jat history and culture.

2.the jats;their role in the mughal empire..,its written by girish chandera dwivedi. this book also got published by the suraj mal society. its an exallant account of that period.a well research work.

i feel it should be read by all, many historical facts have been corrected and the real contribution of jats has been brought out.
thanks

this is a very good idea floated by you and i guess not only those interested in history rather all the members may be once in the year should meet at a common place in the form of some annual meeting.
