Travelling - 3 days (NY)

Hey this travel junkie is back again for all your help...Bhai mere Ma, Babu aa rahee hain desh se....n I want to show them places...aap log apni vishesh tipni / comments, ideas de ....

1. I need urgent advice as to where to go for a 3 day weekend...from 15th to 17th....I have rented a car ...just dont know where to take them ...Need to book a hotel...I dont mind driving for 7-8 hrs...

2. I am booking a 2 day package for Niagara & Corning Museaum for them.

3. Weekdays they can see NYC, take cruise and see some Museaums etc..

4. One weekend I can show them shopping Malls n take them to some near by areas in jersey like a beach or sthg..

SO please buddies help me out n give ur ideas...

Abhi: Here are a few suggestions for you from this travel junkie.
You can start by going to Washington DC.
Top attractions in DC you might want to visit
Washington Monument
Air and Space Museum
White House
Vietnam Veteran's Memorial
Natural History Museum
National Gallery of Art
Lincoln Memorial
Jefferson Memorial
Arlington National Cemetery
FDR Memorial
Kennedy Center

You can keep one day for Atlantic City, New Jersey. http://www.atlanticcitynj.com/home.asp
It would be worth taking them to the casinos and the Boardwalk.

Another day, I would just take them to either a temple for a change (Bridgewater Temple, NJ)dosa bahut badiya se unka :) or you can come to Pennsylvania and visit the King of Prussia mall http://www.kingofprussiamall.com (the largest mall on East coast) and
maybe also visit the Amish village http://www.amishvillagestore.com

Hopefully this should be more than enough to keep you occupied for the 3 days. I would strongly recommend that
you plan visiting these places based on the weather forecast. If its sunny and beautiful, I would go to either Washington DC or
Atlantic City, NJ. If it's raining or breezy, I would prefer going to the mall.

Thanks Jatin....ur idea sounds nice....I am taking them to Washington on a weekend....but for 3 day thing I am planning to go to Vermont...n Bhai BIG NO for mandir...Arya samaji hai dono ...goli mar denge agar kissi mandir mein le kar gaya toh...
