Some Interesting Brain Teasers!

Here are some Brain teasers for you people to chew on and think about for the right answers (For now I am gonna reserve the answers for later if and when there start to turn up some clever attempts) :)

I am not sure if some of these showed up earlier ever, but in any case; here goes:

1. A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him?

2. A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be?

3. There are two plastic jugs filled with water. How could you put all of this water into a barrel, without using the jugs or any dividers, and still tell which water came from which jug?

4. What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away?

5. Why is it better to have round manhole covers than square ones?

6. A man went to a party and drank some of the punch. He then left early. Everyone else at the party who drank the punch subsequently died of poisoning. Why did the man not die?

Even a kindergarten kid can solve these...get something new and original..

1. lion not eating for 3 yrs = dead lion..so room 3.
2. obviously the gal was a photographer..
3. freeze them..
4. charcoal
5. sq. manhole covers can fall in the manhole..
6. he might have poisioned the punch..poision might have been in ice..this could have infinite answers..

Answer: Third room. As there will be only dead lions there..

Answer: she shoots him, but he escapes unhurt. She holds him under water which means they both stand in pool together and she holds his body under the water..So they come out and go out for dinner...simple.

Answer: will post when i know...LOL

4. What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away?

Answer: Coal

5. Why is it better to have round manhole covers than square ones?

Answer: Round structures can take the pressure of the surraounding soil much better than the square one without caving in.

Answer: bhai usme koi chipkali gir gayee hogee bad me...hahahahahah

My guess:
1. 3rd room, the lions are already dead of hunger and if anyone is alive he murders them, the lions are too weak to do anything
2. she shoots a photograph (if she is not a cannible)
3. put the jug in the barrel.
4.coal
5.it does not fall in
6. he is the one who put the poison in or he left early for the hospital
