Information regarding canada work visa

HI to all member of canada. I am looking for some information regarding work visa in canada.Is it possible that if some one comes on student visa , can convert his visa into work visa once he come into canada.
I am also permanent resident of canada. Will it possible that if i open a company in canada then apply for the person work visa.
and what are the categories in which it's easier to get work visa for eg computer professional will get easily , what are the other fiels in which getting work visa is easy

my brother in law is in Canada. He can probabily ans ur Qs. But WHY u want to go to Canada??????

I am an IT Trainer in vancouver. So many sudents ask me same qs .

If you want to get work permit here for anyone, depend on his qualification/experience. If you call him on student visa then look for work permit , it is easier.

If you open a company here and call him on work permit , not easy because you have to show that no canadian is available in canada for that much qualification/experience.

Your company must be three years old and you have to show your income of last year too.
Mean pay taxes and etc .
