Can we save us?

Recently i went to villages in rajasthan to help my friend who was shooting a documentry on the origin of his cast. I was surprised to see the culutural richness.Their music paintings ,litreture ,folk tales,dances amused me .I thought wether we can do such effort .we are a community scattered in such a large area...so i think every indivisual should participte in this ... best way is to use all possible means like a taperecorder ,a still camera..or a handicam or just a pen and a paper...i'm making this appeal to all of you b'coz earlier even i thought that i know enough about my CULTURE

i read a lot of books and articles on jats but never saw a documentry or short film on jats.
do u have know if any exists or any one tried ?

so far i've not seen any documentry either...it is tough indeed ...scattered population is one of the problem...and other thing is the diversity in culuture and lifestyles.....but it is high time we should give it a try
