Thanks for your positive contribution to the community effort towards unity?
* * * * * It is natural that you feel perturbed by the messages posted by me because there are many Jats all over the world who cannot dream of Jat Unity in their wildest dreams without colouring their thoughts with narrow political considerations. But times are changing and in the 21st Century, there are a multitude of Jats who are coming out of this syndrome which has afflicted our community in the past and forming an alliance which has a broader objective of community welfare. Jat Jyoti and World Jat Foundation are non-political and non-sectarian organizations as envisaged in the Constitution of ‘World Jat Foundation’ given below. I urge all right thinking Jats to digest this fact and move on! For others, their thoughts will become their reason for stagnation. Political considerations cannot dampen our spirits and will not deter us from achieving our objective of 'Unity Among Jats World Over'.
It is better to leave the pessimists alone. Let them do something tangible before they comment on efforts of others. Jat Jyoti will keep doing the good work. If someone wants to remain in 'Andhera'- well we live in a democratic country/world. They may hide in their corner/comfort zone. Rajnish

MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION
Name of the Society/Trust
The Society shall be Known as World Jat Aryan Foundation, herein after referred to as 'Foundation' The 'Foundation', an entity with perpetual existence, shall be a juristic person entitled to sue and be sued in its name, own and possess all kinds of property and use and dispose of the same.
The 'Foundation' in regard to all its affairs, shall act through its Executive Council or its nominee.
Office( s)
Registered Office: The Registered Office of the Society shall be in the State of Delhi and at present it is at : 248, Ram Krishna Vihar, 29, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi - 110092.
Chapters/Local offices: Local offices / Chapters may be opened at other places jf the membership exceeds 30 (thirty).
Aims and objectives
World Jat Aryan Foundation is a nonpolitical and non - sectarian organisation which aims at promoting social, cultural and educational values to create a feeling of fellowship and unity among the masses. It is a Forum of intellectuals, teachers, scientists, technologists, engineers, architects, doctors, advocates, soldiers, accountants, sociologists and progressive farmers with a feeling of concern for the welfare of the society at large. The main aims and objectives of the Foundation are:
To promote education, to provide career guidance and to conduct training programmes.
To run educational institutions like Jat Academy for Career Guidance & Jat Institute of Information Technology and ultimately to setup a 'Kisan Technical University' to cater to the specific higher educational and vocational needs of the Farming Community.
To promote positive thinking and thereby enhance cultural and social values.
To undertake programmes for the alleviation of human misery and to promote peace and prosperity and enlightenment among masses.
To work as an Apex body (a Mahapanchayat or Federation) for associated groups/bodies/institutions with
similar objectives for the upliftment of the people at large.
To promote the above objectives through seminars, conferences, newsletters and publications.
Ancillary Objectives
The objectives incidental to the attainment of the main objectives, include the following:
To raise funds to carry out the stated activities from its members, donors, well wishers, Government Agencies and other philanthropic institutions.
To acquire property, construct buildings and create infrastructure for educational, cultural and social development purposes & to build a magnificent Convention Center-cum-Jat Bhawan at Delhi.
To open an account or accounts with bank (s) and to pay into and to withdraw money from such account or accounts.
To do all such other activities as may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the main objectives of the foundation.
Non -Profit Organization.
It is a non-profit organization. All the income, earnings, moveable, immovable properties of the Foundation shall be utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the Foundation or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or past members. No member of the Foundation shall have any personal claim on moveable or immovable properties of the foundation or make any profit whatsoever by virtue of his membership.
