Dear All:
while it makes a lot of sense to be humorous in bad times has anybody thought about taking stock of our people in south india;almost 24 hours later nobody seems to have lost his sense of status quo.
I am not only concerned about our people but indian nationals stuck in the aftermath of the quake.
Are people thinking about some kind of relief measures?
Please come forward with any news on this matter.

Hi Anmol,
well its really nice to know of your concern.. I am in hyderabad.. though i cant really tell u the exact picture from the ground zero.. but still this is what I know cos we as a part of oracle volunters have been involved in collecting donations..money..clothes etc.. we have also sent a team to go there and do the relief work..

there are lots of social groups formed by ppl who came forward and took the responsibility..they r doing a good job.. but of what i came ot know was that they r still short of volunteers to help in all this work..

though money and all is coming in but then implementing it is proving abit difficult..as of now the mail concern is food water and clothes for the needy..

Would post here again if i get soem more first hand info.
