Help Needed for Community Member in USA

Dear Community Members,

One of our community member is facing a very difficult situation. His green card is under process and his company has closed the branch in which he was working. They have not given any consideration to his over 20 years service with the company of which most had been in India. With three children in various classes in college, he immidiately needs a placement in any Pharmaceutical Company of which plenty are there in NJ and PA.

As we all know the jobs are easily available with referrals. If you know some one who can help this community member, kindly call me or email me.

He is an elderly person, He has been working with Pharmaceutical companies in product development. He is a bio chemist

Three Indian Pharma companies have stakes in the U.S. They are Ranbaxy, Dr Reddy(?) and I think Torrent. An American company with a growing presence in India is Eli Lilly. These companies either have a strong India-U.S. connection or a strong growing interest and may be interested in taking on someone with experience of working in this culture with local connections. A search on the net may help him connect with a useful person, typically he would need to post his resume to the head of H.R. either here or at the corporate heqadquarters. The attrition rate in manpower is very high in Pharma and there is always a need for people of proven competencies.
