jat har kaam mein chust hota hai, isliye usko jaldi gussa ata hai, baki log dhile dhale hote hain isliye time lag jata hai.

Dear Rajendra Ji,
I think you put the answer in the best way. We do have to work hard to master the situations. We need to be more polite in our approach, as well as a little diplomatic.
Controlling anger itself is a difficult task. May be it is because we lack the ability to deeply analyze the situations. I am not sure, what is the reason, but surely we need to be a little cooler than what we are in general. We need to develop a habit of seeing good points in others.
