Dear Team,
I have a candidate who had recently done Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Has undergone 6 months training at HCL Infosystem ( in HRD).
Kisi bhai \ bhaan ki company main opening ho to pls. mail me back or send private message. He is hard worker and deserve a 'sure' break ..Hope to recv. a positive reply.
His little exposure to various HR fileds viz..
Maintaining, Developing, Improving office practices
Supporting admin functions.
Strategically review of routine informative records of IR
like master roll register , damage register ,
Holiday register, form-D, wages register, leave record
Register, accident registers .
Handling Manpower requirement, Performance
Appraisal Categorization of Trainees, monthly
MIS report. Conducting preliminary interview
and forward cold calling.
Handling of PF, ESIC challans details, new joining
Formalities, data processing of employees.
To look after for Marketing Support, Marketing & Sales OJT
Sales Support, Logistics, QC Logistics, Stores, Hardware, Customer Care
Executive, Account OJT, System Admin Recruitment being handled out
of different survey .
Monthly updating of employee status, review of
Performance appraisal, updating of attendance,
Conducting on job training programmed etc .
Creation of handbook to be given to all new employee of
the company . The handbook to be exhausting concise,
user friendly and informative while at the same time
ensuring exclusion of strategic & confidential solutions

Bhai Jitenderji , Surender Dudi ji, Devender Dahiya & Kulwant ji,
Bhai dil se bahoot bahoot izzat ke saath ... thanks for your response on site as well as thro’ personal message..
He ( his job) is my KILL.... aapna jimma hai uske job ka kaam bandwana…his father had worked with us as a Chief Security Officer ( thro’ group 4).....so this guy really deserves that…
I heartily thanks to all of you who had “ atleast shown courage to respond back “.
18th Feb se le kar next 6 months tak uski job ka jimma mera sirdard hai.. HE IS MY CATCH NOW... 100% ..
