He/she owns the technical vision of the project; ensuring that the vision is achieved with a high level of quality and is expected to contribute to the sales cycle as well.
3. Manager, Program Management(Gurgaon)
Job Summary
A Manager, Program Management is responsible for the successful delivery of an engagement with specific focus on Client Interaction, Scoping and Estimation, SLA compliance, delivery quality, team management, project planning and tracking and stakeholder management. He/she is expected to bring some industry expertise and general acumen around client relationship management. A Manager should have an understanding of the GDD model and should have good program management, communication and relationship skills.
