Essential : Knowledge of Flash MX, Dreamweaver, Corel draw, JAVA Script.


Desirable: Knowledge of Photoshop 7.


.Net Developers

Experience: 1-3 years.
.Net Skill Set: .Net Framework, ADO.net, ASP.net, C#.net, VB.net, Web Services, Remoting and XML.
Other Specifications : Using VB/C#, in a Multi-tier Architecture, Object Components, COM, OOP, Business Roles Designing, Implementing, Using Advanced Features, DCOM, .net Enterprise Servers & Distributed Applicants, Common Language, Run-time and SOAP.

Java Developers

Experience: 1-3 years.
Essential : Should have expertise in Core Java, JSP and Servlets.
Desirable: Working knowledge of J2SE, J2EE, Struts Frame work, Java Web
Services, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere and portal technology.

what abt the other one....i think both should work.... icoz both are the HR of Nagarro.... so if other one is also bouncing then plz let me know.... i will confirm the same.....
