We are looking for individuals who love working in a challenging environment across cross-functional areas in different industries. The individuals we seek will be working in a QA environment with the latest releases and other tools and technologies associated with automated QA testing.
Candidate Profile:
Fresh graduates with a B.S. or M.S. degree from an accredited US University, interested in pursuing a career in IT, specifically in the ever-expanding field of automated QA testing. We will provide them with the requisite, which will include training in Mercury QA Tools and the Rational QA Tools Suites. The training will also cover the concepts involved in manual and automated testing, testing methodologies, and designing and developing manual test scripts.
Candidates must be Graduates/Post Graduates with valid work permits who have completed their education and are ready to work. Candidates must have some prior functional work experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Mortgage, or Services. Some programming knowledge or experience will be a plus. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Employment and Compensation:
All candidates selected for training will be provided with accommodation and a per-diem for the duration of the training and until the person has been absorbed as a full time employee of RJTC. RJTC will sponsor H1 visa as required, for any candidate that has been absorbed as full-time employees.
