i am in my final sem Computer Engineering from Pune University. the course will finish in June'2005.
Currently doing my final yr. project with Zensar Technologies, Pune.

Hi Priynka.....

If you are doing your training with Zensar then you have an opportuinity to prove yourself.....so dear take my advice and please first concentrate on whatever work they assign to you coz if you leave good impression then i don't think you will be having any problem in getting a job there in Zensar itself..... i am not saying that y shld stop applying but please try to give more then 100% no matter what kind of work they assign you.... any way's its just an advice from a person who has suffered for 0ne and a half year by doing same mistake which you are commiting coz company is investing it's resources and they don't want to lose thier investment at any cost.... but after all choice is yours.... wishing you luck for your future....

thx for the advice, but can i tell u a secret? its just the name that zensar is sponsoring my project, but really they dont give any guidance or help in the project.
thts precisely the reason, y i am havin so much trouble with my current project.
anyway, i just saw ur profile n saw that ur b'day is on 25th aug. is tht rite?
well, mine is on 26th aug.

Send me your CV so that I can load it into the referral database here, and we'll take it from there. Though the company hires only 10% of it's total hirees from campus / fresh graduates, it is still worth a shot.

Another small word of advise... (your option to take it or leave it).
Looking for jobs is like laying a minefield... place your CV in as many places as you can, even if logically it may not be inclined to get you a job. You'll be surprised where all people look at things, and how a chain of events can land a job from unknown quarters.
