I am not aganist criticism or difference of views, but there has to be some level of language. He has been reaching to conclusions like my looking for donations and then photographs of lady members etc..he seems to be a mind reader ..I would still request him to follow some basic norms of language. He is otherwise welcome to oppose my views by all means if he feels so.

Chaccha, like I have said before, each of us is measured by the contents of
our own posts, not the contents of other's posts. So rest assured that this in no
way tarnishes your image and our perception of you.

I think the bottomline is that in the absence of any strict control over who
creates an account and posts here, the best that can be done is more active
and vigorous moderation. For instance that post should have almost immediately
been deleted and the account terminated. Other users should not even have
to respond. I think it would be painful for someone to go and create accounts
and keep getting terminated (especially if we make the account making process
a bit more time consuming and perhaps based on some central approval
mechanism).

I think the issue maybe that moderators have their own lives and work to
worry about. They themselves come to the site off and on. And even then a lot
of these posts never get handled.

I think you are a fairly active member and have a very balanced approach
to different issues and posters. If I may suggest, why don't you take
on some of the onus of moderation. I think you'd do a very good job. My only
concern with moderation is that some of us who are "USDA certified quarter
pounder beef-burger" eaters who don't strictly adhere to the "gau hamari mata hai"
philosophy of life and culture (and I say that in a very metaphoric sense) might
end up being judged more harshly depending on who the moderator is.

But I think someone like you would be ideal for the job.
