I am sorry; I don’t know any attorney who may be practicing family law.
But, your problem seems to be a simple one. For procedure to change info in the passport, you can visit the below given web-link (Consulate General of India, New York)

For obtaining a court order, you might not need an attorney’s help at all. Have you tried to seek help from county clerk’s office, a local court, or your city hall? Getting a court order may sound like a very big hassle but may turn out to be easy as pie. Give it a try!!
Hope this helps. Otherwise try your luck at the AJA picnic tomorrow. I am sure someone will be able to help you.
Good Luck
